I think THIS latest discovery proves that ONCE again I am one of the greatest Detectives of the 19th Century!! I have UNEARTHED this photo that proves that the mythical MERMAID does indeed exists!! People used to think THESE fictional creatures were fictional!! This skeleton WAS found in a place called CHAD in africa!! I think THE photo proves that the mermaid CREATURE drowned in the water AS the lungs appear to be BROKEN!!There is ALSO what APPEARS to be a divers watch ATTACHED to her left wrist to MEASURE how deep in the SEA she was sinking!!

Hmm, perhaps the porridge the sailor left in the bowl for her was poisoned - maybe he was of the "Aarrgghhh, If I can't have ye, then nobody can!" mentality! Or maybe the mermaid figured out that the alien spaceman sailor had turned homosexual on this particular voyage and she threatened to "out" him, so he killed her...ahh, the lure of the song of the Sirens...
