This is wonderful footage! At least this is real, live actual viewable footage unlike the alleged "man walking on the moon" hoax. These are clearly UFO's and we thank you for discovering their existance!!!

balloons ? mmm maybe but try to count them , maybe 10 000, I think over a city like madrid it's just forbiden to do that, and the movements seems to be a bit static for the height of an Helium ballon who takes quickly a wind , one of them on 1:08 is alone in his direction ( a wind very tight ?)
to my mind , that's the spirit of a real UFO , unindentify ...
I'm sorry Esprit2verite, but those are real balloons. We over here in Belgium have done a lot of charity thingies. We release those ballons and with the wind they where even found in northern africa!!! (same annonymous in first balloon comment)

Stars, this was probably visible just around late evening. The moving thing was a satelitte.
